As a certified Pranayama and Breathwork Facilitator, I offer intentional breathing practices to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and deeper embodiment. This session weaves together ancient yogic wisdom and modern self-regulation science, offering both relief and resilience.

We begin with the breath — your most intimate and immediate source of transformation.

Through slow, conscious breathing, we soften tension, calm mental chatter, and begin to return to ourselves. Over time, this practice restores equilibrium, lifts emotional fog, and invites a sense of spaciousness within.

You’ll also learn the difference between Breathwork and Pranayama:

  • Breathwork is a broad term for conscious breathing practices that help us shift our state.
  • Pranayama is a sacred yogic discipline — “prana” (life force) and “yama” (control) — that deepens the spiritual dimension of breath.

Both are doorways into presence and peace. Whether you're new to breathwork or returning to yourself after a long hiatus, this session meets you exactly where you are.
