Where Breath Becomes Bond & Presence Becomes Power

For equestrians, wellness professionals, and seekers ready to ride the edge of transformation.
Through somatic breathwork, neuroscience, and sacred invitation, Michelle guides riders and high performers to regulate their nervous systems, deepen trust with their horses, and embody the quiet power of presence—in and out of the arena.

From Saddle to Stillness

The pivotal moment arrived when Michelle witnessed a lifelong rider’s breath transform her horse’s response—revealing that presence, not pressure, is the true power of leadership.
That sacred encounter rekindled Michelle’s return to the equestrian world and awakened a deeper calling: to share the silent language of breath as the bridge between species, between body and soul.

My Path of Practice

For over three decades Michelle has guided individuals through embodied transformation—uniting breath, body, and awareness in a journey toward resilience and authentic connection.
Certified in several yoga disciplines, she later expanded into neuroscience-guided meditation, trauma-informed facilitation, and breathwork rooted in ancient yogic traditions and modern science.
Her work integrates the organizing power of breath with a grounded spiritual foundation, supporting clients in returning to clarity, balance, and vitality.

Where Breath is the Bridge Between Wisdom and Science

Breath is the bridge. It reorganizes stress patterns, restores rhythm, and awakens a felt sense of presence.

Michelle’s approach is informed by both ancient somatic traditions and modern neuroscience—and grounded in her credentials as a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator. Her method draws on decades of embodied practice, combining trauma-informed principles, yoga, and neuroscience to cultivate self-regulation and embodied leadership.

We moved to Squaw Valley, California—the legendary site of the 1960 Winter Olympics—with our twin sons, who had aspirations of becoming Olympic Downhill Skiers. A former competitive skier and tennis player herself, Michelle understands the discipline, focus, and intuitive timing required at the highest levels of sport. Both sons went on to compete in the Junior Olympics, fulfilling that family vision of excellence through presence and perseverance.

This lived experience informs her work with equestrians and other high performers who seek coherence, trust, and sustainable excellence—where breath becomes both the regulator and the revealer of authentic leadership.

Each session draws from an integration of:

  • Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork
  • Neuroscience-Guided Meditation (I AM Yoga Nidra™)
  • Circular, Rhythmic & Rebirthing Techniques
  • Pranayama & Kundalini Practices
  • Music & Neural Rhythms for Emotional Alchemy

Every experience is attuned to the individual’s nervous system and intention—whether for recovery, resilience, or deep listening.

What Sets My Work Apart

  • Three decades of embodied mastery in holistic wellness, yoga, and somatic study — guiding equestrians, athletes, and seekers toward calm focus, coherence and sustainable transformation.
  • Certified expertise in trauma-informed breathwork, neuroscience-guided meditation, and yoga — bridging evidence-based practice with intuitive, soul-led awareness.
  • Trauma-informed integrity and intuitive facilitation held within a clear, structured framework of safety, consent, and compassionate awareness.
  • Grounded leadership through the lens of partnership—where the same principles that foster harmony between horse and rider translate to every realm of human connection.
  • Lived experience forged through Olympic-level athletics and motherhood, uniting discipline with compassion and transforming ambition into embodied grace.
  • Sessions designed as sacred laboratories of awareness, blending attunement, trust and integration—so what begins in breath extends into every movement, relationship, and moment of life.
