this work focuses on the subtle conversation between your breath, your body, and your horse’s highly attuned sensory system. as you regulate, your horse receives the signal of safety through your posture, micro-movements, and internal rhythm becoming clearer and steadier. together, we reduce sympathetic tension, dissolve bracing, and re-pattern the internal signals your horse is constantly reading.
