Horses feel the nervous system first.
Breath changes what the body communicates.

as seen in hillrag magazine as a feng shui “house whisperer,” now bringing the same devotion to creating calm, coherent spaces between rider, horse, and breath.

years ago, my work in washington, dc was featured in hillrag magazine, where i was described as a feng shui designer and “house whisperer” who helped people turn their spaces into sanctuary. i designed yoga studios, children’s rooms, and healing homes with one intention: to create environments where the nervous system could finally exhale.

today, after many years of this work, that same thread runs through my daily work with breath, horses, and embodied living.

some might say i have shifted from “house whisperer” to “horse whisperer” — still listening for what is unspoken, still honoring the spaces where true connection begins.

the space we inhabit — inside the body and around it — quietly shapes how safe, supported, and alive we feel.
