With over three decades of experience in holistic wellness, I have been deeply committed to the transformative power of yoga, guiding students through their personal journeys of mind-body connection, healing, and self-discovery.
My yoga practice began in the early
1990s, when I was first drawn to the physical, mental, and energetic benefits of Bikram
Yoga. After sustaining knee injuries as a competitive athlete, I turned to Bikram Yoga to
heal, which not only restored my physical health but also ignited a passion for teaching.
In 2000, I became a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor, certified by Bikram Choudhury at his
headquarters in Los Angeles, and for over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga
in studios across various regions. My teaching style is deeply rooted in alignment, breath
awareness, and mindfulness, with a strong focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I
incorporate somatic breathwork and neuroscience-guided meditation, offering a trauma-
aware approach that balances nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and
embodied awareness.
As a dedicated practitioner, my personal yoga practice has expanded to include the I AM
Yoga™ and I AM Yoga Therapy™ together with Pranayama Breathwork, which have
enriched my understanding of energy flow, resilience, and mental focus. I now blend these
modalities into my teaching, weaving a transformational journey that integrates intuition,
1embodiment, and deep energetic awareness, allowing students to deepen their connection
to self-mastery and their highest potential—both on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, I am passionate about facilitating Somatic Trauma-Informed Breathwork,
helping individuals release long-held tension and achieve deeper healing through the
breath. My mission is to empower students to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate
grace in their practice and daily life.

As an athlete, my knee injuries could have derailed my pursuit of excellence. However,
Bikram Yoga and Breathwork played pivotal roles in my recovery, offering profound
therapeutic and energetic benefits. This experience became the cornerstone of my
evolution, not just in healing but in elevating performance, clarity, and inner peace.
Over time, I integrated neuroscience-guided meditation and somatic breathwork into my
practice, recognizing that true healing extends beyond the physical. My passion lies in
helping others—whether athletes, equestrians, or individuals seeking inner alignment—to
bridge the gap between mental resilience and embodied transformation.

As a mother who guided my twin sons to Olympic-level skiing and now a grandmother to
two, I understand the grit, determination, and mental fortitude required to excel—not only
in sports but in life. This insight allows me to connect deeply with athletes, equestrians,

the case of equestrians, with their horses.
