Through somatic breathwork, neuroscience, and sacred invitation, Michelle guides riders and high performers to regulate their nervous systems, deepen trust with their horse, and embody the quiet power of presence—in and out of the arena.

For over three decades, I’ve guided individuals through embodied transformation—uniting the breath, body, and nervous system in a journey toward presence, resilience, and deep connection. My path began as a competitive athlete, where injury led me to yoga and sparked a lifelong devotion to self-discovery through somatic practices.

Certified in Bikram Yoga in 2000, I’ve since expanded into neuroscience-guided meditation, trauma-informed facilitation, and breathwork that draws from both ancient yogic traditions and science-backed techniques. My work integrates the healing power of breath with a grounded spiritual foundation, helping others regulate their nervous systems and return to clarity, balance, and vitality.

My Personal Journey – From Saddle to Stillness

A pivotal moment arrived when I witnessed a dear equestrian friend undergo a profound shift through breathwork—not in competition, but in connection. As her bond with her horse deepened, I was reminded of the unspoken wisdom these majestic beings reflect. That sacred encounter rekindled my equestrian roots and awakened a calling: to offer this work to riders who long for coherence, trust, and presence—not just performance. A seed of this calling was first planted decades ago, when I rescued Play-Boy—a retired Thoroughbred whose spirit transformed my life. Our bond became the inspiration behind “Celestial Hooves,” a story of redemption, resilience, and the sacred partnerships horses invite us into.

My Mission – Returning to Resonance Through Breath

In 2024 and beyond, I’m on a mission to empower 1,000 lives through somatic breathwork and embodied meditation. This isn’t just a modality — it’s a reconnection. A remembering of who we are beneath the noise.

I support equestrians, caregivers, third agers, and seekers in transition—those ready to breathe into their next becoming. Whether you're in the saddle, at a crossroads, or called to show up more fully, this work invites you into grounded clarity, coherence, and presence.
