Nervous System Regulation Through Breathwork
In July, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Jillian Johnson and the Farmhouse Chiropractic team for a community breathwork experience at WEC.
The evening brought together breath-led nervous-system regulation, embodied awareness, and restorative integration—creating space to slow down, reconnect, and experience what can shift when the nervous system is given an opportunity to settle.
No prior breathwork experience was needed. The experience was intentionally welcoming and accessible, with each person invited to participate at their own pace.
